1. Pick your notes
Pick one or more photos or screenshots from your camera roll (or take a picture) — like a screenshot of a handout or a term list. They're read in the order you pick them.
Files are read on your phone and only the text is sent to Google Gemini (free tier, which Google may use to improve its products). Photos and screenshots are shrunk on your phone, then the picture is sent to Gemini so it can read the words — never upload patient info (crop out names, MRNs and faces).
